Delta Airlines purchased an oil refinery near Philadelphia in 2012.  The 342 acre site was a very quiet project until Delta Airlines announced its intention to acquire and operate the refinery for the utilization of jet fuel refining.  Control Point Associates, Inc. worked directly with the law firm, Blank Rome and Delta’s general council.
