SUL/SUE Technician:

Exciting roles in our new and expanding Subsurface Utility division at Control Point Associates, Inc.

Your initial job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• All phases of field work including Utility Designating Surveys for Levels A, B C & D utilizing electromagnetic locating equipment, Ground Penetrating Radar, Vacuum Excavation and Video System
• Data collector operation and collection of field measurements of Utility Designation
• Datum establishment utilizing GPS and data collector for onsite checking of benchmarks
• Downloading of field data files
• Preparation of field sketches
• Perform records research for existing utility lines
• Obtain certifications including OSHA 10, OSHA 40 Hazwoper, LPS, TWIC, etc.
• Use of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Internet browsers
• Adherence to company procedures and checklists
• Care and preventative maintenance of assigned company vehicle and equipment
• Submit vehicle maintenance reports, report lost or damaged equipment
• Report and document vehicle and work related accidents
• Company representative and liaison with clients at work sites
• Other duties as assigned
