Job Requirements:

• All phases of field work including: Boundary & Topographical Surveys; Construction Layout; As-Built surveys and utilization of a Robotic Leica & Trimble total stations with a strong knowledge of Data Collectors
• Field calculations and sketching
• Downloading and compilation of field data sketches; and checking raw field data
• Quality control of all survey documents, including field notes, sketches, plans, etc.
• Supervision and maintenance of company vehicle, cellular phone for business related purposes and survey equipment after completion of orientation period
• Supervision, preventative maintenance and repair of survey field equipment
• Assist in staff recruitment
• Occasional road trips with overnight stays, as required
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Professional Land Surveying License not required
• High School Graduate
• College coursework a plus including strong math and computer skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and a good decision maker
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience surveying in field utilizing Robotic Total Station with data collectors
• Ability to work robotically and/or independently
• Ability to travel
