Control Point Associates, Inc. began this project with Bohler Engineering in 2009. Albert Einstein Health Care Network requested a new development of a regional hospital and road improvements of Germantown Pike. Additional work on the site entailed acquisition of 3 surrounding properties and the base survey for Healing Garden design. This project is still ongoing.
