St. Ann’s Warehouse is a historic landmark on the Brooklyn Waterfront that contacted Control Point in 2011 for the proposed new state-of-the-art theater and other assorted back-of-house spaces. During all phases of construction, the engineers wanted to ensure protection to the historic landmark as well as some of the adjacent structures. A main focus was monitoring crack widths during construction.
