Since 2011, Control Point Associates, Inc. has been surveying multiple areas of the 25 acre industrial warehouse. The site has over 1.5 million s.f. of warehouse space and is attempting to revitalize Philadelphia industrial areas. The client contacted Control Point because their ultimate goal was to create a new central warehouse for the Pennsylvania Liqueur Control Board for distribution to PA LCB stores.
