Control Point Associates, Inc. has worked very closely with NYC EDC since approximately 2004 when they rewarded Control Point with the NYC EDC On-Call Surveyor. Control Point has worked on countless projects such as the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Seward Park Mixed Use Development Project, Coney Island Redevelopment Project and The High Line.
