The Aerial Photogrammetry team will be led by Ray Tobia who has over 40 years of management experience and expertise within the industry. Tobia has provided photogrammetric and land surveying services for many notable projects including complete surveys of the former and new Yankee Stadiums, the World Trade Center Site and mapping for major infrastructure improvement projects throughout the region.

Control Point’s teams are now equipped with state of the art electromagnetic locators and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) designating devices in order to provide the most accurate underground utility location, this includes all levels: A, B, C and D.
Ed Britton comes to Control Point with over 25 years of experience within the industry and will lead the Subsurface Utility Location team. Britton has established relationships with the Port Authority of NY and NJ, NJ Department of Transportation and various universities across the Northeast.
