In 2012, Control Point was approached by Richard Marin to become a part of a project that would change the landscape of Staten Island forever, the New York Wheel. Soon to be one of the world’s greatest landmark attractions, the 60-story attraction will be the tallest observation wheel in the world. Control Point was a valued asset by providing plans that identified initial easements, as well as parcel boundaries as there was no information previously.
