The Green at Florham Park is a 268 acre master planned development designed to accommodate more than 800,000 square feet of office space, a full-service hotel, 425-unit active adult residential community and the home of the New York Jets training facility.

Control Point Associates, Inc. was contacted by the New York Jets to provide the base documents for a 120,000 s.f. state of the art training, teaching and medical facility. The training facility was named Atlantic Health Jets Training Center, and opened in 2008.

Control Point also provided the survey documents for the 325,000 s.f., Class A office building.
