The Plymouth Meeting Mall is a 952,200 square feet shopping mall approximately 20 miles west of Philadelphia. Control Point was called to the site for re-development of over $100 million to add additional retail space directly adjoining the existing mall building and various restaurant outparcels. In 2008-2009 the development added new restaurants, an open-air “Lifestyle” wing featuring LOFT, Coldwater Creek, Jos. A. Banks, Chico’s and Olly Shoes. A 65,000 s.f. Whole Foods upscale grocery market was included, as well as additional outparcel restaurants such as Redstone American Grill, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, California Pizza Kitchen and Benihana.
