Control Point Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce Vincent Zakrzewski as the branch manager of our new Manhattan office at 14 Penn Plaza, 225 West 34^th Street, which is now open.

Zakrzewski brings with him over 30 years of experience and extensive knowledge of surveying procedures with almost all of his experience based in the five boroughs. While being the Director of Surveying for New York City Department of Design and Construction, Zakrzewski supervised surveys for various NYC capital projects and has been instrumental in the award of on-call contracts from the Port Authorities of New York and New Jersey.  While in this position; he was the expert surveyor relied on by all city agencies on matters relating to surveying. These agencies included NYC Department of Finance, NYC Department of City Planning and the New York City Law Department.

Prior experience creating tax lots include, but not limited to, numerous private projects including World Financial Center 2 access passage way and pavilion, Memorial Sloane Kettering/CUNY E 73rd Street project and Thor Equities Coney Island redevelopment project. Projects for governmental agencies include Yankee stadium parking lots for NYC EDC, Hudson Park and Boulevard for Hudson Yards Development Corporation and line extension project for Hudson Yards Development Corporation.

Zakrzewski has completed many very interesting projects over the years including the utilization of 3D laser scanning for Madison Square Garden, NYC; Alcatraz Island, San Francisco CA; as well as Iglesia de San Jose, Old San Juan, PR, the second oldest church in the Americas. He has also done several notable locations in the five boroughs such as, Ground Zero recovery operation, South Street Seaport, New York Botanical Gardens, and Metropolitan Museum of Art.
