Control Point Associates is currently professionally licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maine, Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, New York, Ohio and Florida, which ensures field crew accessibility and major market coverage. As well as traveling throughout the world bringing our innovative solutions to our national and international clients.

Control Point Associates is uniquely qualified to perform the necessary Land Surveying Services required by your firm as we have performed an extensive amount of surveying in the northeast region performing thousands of Boundary and Location Surveys, HDS Laser Scanning, Interior Existing Condition Plans, BIM modeling and GIS. Control Point has worked with many environmental, transportation/infrastructure, government, industrial/commercial and institutional organizations across the country. Each of these organizations has their own independent set of standards which Control Point can easily adapt to or modify in order to meet the needs of the project and the client.
